The Claimant's claim against the 1st defendant is for damages for loss and damage arising out of breach of contract made between the Claimant and the 1st defendant in February 2013, and/or negligence, and/or breach of duty under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, arising out of or in connection with the 1st Defendant acting as solicitors for the Claimant in his defence of a criminal prosecution that resulted in his conviction and imprisonment on the 12th September 2012, and interest pursuant to section 35A of the Senior Courts Act 1981.

The Claimant's claim against the 2nd defendant is for damages for loss and damage for negligence and/or breach of duty and/or breach of duty under the Supply of Goods and Services Act, arising out of or in connection with the 2nd Defendant acting as the barrister for the claimant in his defence of a criminal prosecution that resulted in his conviction and imprisonment on the 12th September 2012, and interest pursuant to section 35A of the Senior Courts Act 1981.

The Claimant seeks Damages in excess of £100,000, interest as above, and costs.
